Buying Need vBulletin programmer for template edit

    At www.tsxclub.com see the "Welcome to TSXClub.com!" box with the images at the side, Google Adsense next to that, and welcome message to the right of that? I want the code for a box like that. If you know vBulletin and can do the following:

    1. Provide the code for that box to show on ALL pages of a vB 3.8.x install
    2. Provide blank placeholder images
    3. Provide placeholder welcome text
    4. Provide placeholder adsense code

    Then please contact me via PM and let me know how much and when you can have it by.
