can you get in via phpmyadmin? might check your cookies what's the url? how do you know it was hacked?
I just got an error when I tried to register Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO userfield (userid) VALUES (2); MySQL Error : Duplicate entry '2' for key 1 Code (markup): can you get into phpmyadmin? ps.. I can login just fine with the account I made even though I posted the error pps.. it seems the reason no members can login is because you only have 2 users the account i just made is user #2
We're using Plesk, so don't have phpmyadmin Any idea how to fix it? Seems like they've wiped the database?
Yea it seems like the site is hacked and other user is been deleted by the hacker. if you have the backup you can import or else no luck Good Luck
you should still have access to phpmyadmin, ask your host if you don't see it The members are gone, and maybe the threads and post, import your backup updating your vbulletin script and look over your plugins and update them as well After that you can pass protect your admincp and modcp, see if that helps
do you have a backup? did you ask your host for the location of phpmyadmin? the answers have been posted for you
Ok, I've just checked the databases under our domain and it appears that there are no databases? The guy that wasn't interested has also just looked and said he cant find the databases either
