Need VB 4.X Theme Developer

    Hi,

    I am looking a professional VB theme developer. (I really mean professional). Kindly message me with your previous work, references, anything that proves your design skills with VB.

    The forum is latest and licensed and I want to own complete rights of the theme you'd create. I don't know if the information is useful but the forum is in Arabic so keep that aspect in mind if that affects theme development.
