I need a good front end user interface in php, preferably something general which I can apply to an existing platform and if possible modular. Are there any good things out there either open source or commercial? Have an existing backend app which is great just a not so great front end. Any advice?
do you need the whole front end? i dont know where to get it but probably you can have a look at css frameworks such as blueprint and yaml. it's not so hard to create a good UI using them.
