Need URL on apply?

    I have the url but haven't put the content on there yet...
    but do you have to have a setup working website on apply?

    You can apply for an adsense account regardless of having a site up and running already.
    Dont display adds on a empty page though, its against the google tos and they will just ban ur account

    Yes you definatelly need one URL. The easiest way is to get a free blog at www.blogspot.com and make at least 20 posts.

    You wont be successful dude, think of making a good website for the joy of being the best, then think about advertisements and generating money ...

    No you must have a working website and a little bit old or at least indexed by Google ....

    or use blogger as your friend suggested ...
