I'm about to start as a affiliate marketer but one problem with the sign up that was required to have URL which I don't have one. Any suggestions for me to get an URL? Would template be helpful to get approved?
It is asking you for your website. Do you not have one? If not, sign up for a free blog at blogger.com .
start a blog at www.Blogger.com (was posting when guy above me answered) Azoogle is a pretty high-end company though, I think they are looking for more experienced web promoters...so I doubt you'll get accepted...
Don't use blogger and don't use a free host...Azoogle may not accept you if you don't own a single website. I'm not saying that you won't get accepted, I'm just saying that it doesn't help your case. Go ahead and create a website for a product that you plan to promote. If you want to know some of the offers that they have, PM me with the areas that you're interested in and I'll let you know some of the companies in the Azoogle network.
Thanks for the response. I knew, I would get hear from you by apple and oranges of what I should do. Do you think if I set up amazon script website and promote would help out to get approved? I'm not sure what Azoogle provide to adversite but all I know is online dating but what about others? I kinda wished, I took some classes to learn and build websites but I'm sure there are ways to build site in a easy way.
You can really set up anything...Set up whatever you want just to prove that you own a website and know how to build one. If you apply and the website you give them is hosted for free, what kind of message does that put across? Amazon will work. That's not something they offer, but it does show them that you're "in the business"
Why don't you just go ahead and get yourself a domain name? You'll want to have your own domain as an affiliate marketer anyway because it comes across as more professional if you've invested in your own site for your business. Even if you've never created a website in your life, you can learn how to do it without buying all kinds of e books and stuff. It makes me furious how many products there are geared toward newbies that promise the magic answers for making money as an affiliate. The fact is, you can find enough information online that's free. At least enough to get you started. In fact, I've built 2 sites myself that freely give information to affiliate marketers just getting started with their online business just to spite the gurus. No, I don't really mean that. I'm not a spiteful person, I just remember what it was like when I got started and I wanted to help. It's like my own personal mission. The point is this. When I first started out, I had no idea what HTML even meant. I was able to learn enough to make my own websites so I don't have to pay someone else. You can learn to do it too. Just do your homework and don't fall for get rich quick stuff because their not real. You can make a lot of money as an affiliate marketer if you do it right. Oh and one more thing, it won't happen overnight so make sure you stick with it and don't give up. Sheree
