Buying Need urgent writers

I'm looking for few writers who can immediately join my team. The writers will be responsible for writing articles and blog posts.

Writers should be able to:

• Write quality articles with a reasonably fast and punctual turnaround (on a daily basis).
• Instantly communicate over IM (Preferably Gtalk/Gmail).
• Must be aware of Ezine/other article directory submission guidelines.
• Consistently write articles not oursource work to any third party provider.
• Should be aware of Plagiarism detection software.
• Revise/Modify articles if needed.

Writers will be entitled to:

• Daily/Alternate day/Weekly Payment via PayPal (as per your convenience).
• Regular work (that will last up to 1-2 years).

I can afford to pay only $2.5 per 500 words and nothing more than that.
