Need urgent wordpress help

    Can anyone please tell me which wordpress plugins are used in this website- http://tinyurl.com/43ynk
    I want one plugin for -
    1. featured gallery in left panel and
    2.another plugin for that small photo gallery under some of the posts.

    I just noticed that small gallery after post and featured gallery are connected to each other.Yes I tried searching wp plugins but I am unable to find this one.
