Sorry, but this is not the way business goes. If you agree for a time to recieve anything and pay for this, then you can expect to recieve it at the agreed time. Of course there always something can happen so the seller is not able to deliver on time, but in this case he DEFINITELY has to tell the buyer so he knows everything is fine. No matter what happened!!!
If you are the buyer of a digital item, didn´t recieve anything and fill a dispute you win like 99.99% of time. The seller always has to proof he delivered what was sold (through online tracking for example), but in case for digital items he can´t proof in the way PP wants it
the seller was a bit unprofessional to keep you waiting without telling you in advance his reasons for the delay.
