Yes I can install the wordpress, However I cant do that content part. But unique template must mean here rare and good. building a new template from scratch is gonna take hell lot time. And as far as adsense is concerned, you need to have an adsense acount first. I can nicely place those adds and merge them with the template. Need anything else pm me.
