Hello ! I am in urgent need of a legal help and advice. I am a freelance web designer and programmer. I was hired by a company named Sebastian Dyer Digital as their graphic designer(online) under a valid and legal contract . The work agreement was signed at https://rightsignature.com/ . Now the problem is that i worked for 3 full months and they paid me my pay for 2 months. This month i.e April I was expecting my salary on the 8th of April as it was my pay date according to contract but they didnt pay me. I continued working for a week as they told me that they sent the money but there are some issues with the bank transfer so its taking time. Normally my pay always reached within one day via bank transfer. Now after a week when I protested that I havent got my pay yet. They responded that we are terminnating the contract and gave stupid reosons. And also said that we are not sending you any money for the month. On protest they said that OK we'll send it. But they still havent and they have stopped replying to my mails. The amount due on them is $600. I checked with the support team of the website where we signed the document. They say that their documents have complete legal existence and can be produced in coart. Now i need legal advice regarding this problem. Can any one help me ? Kindly PM me. Thanks.
My advice would be to seek professional legal council in your local area. Without knowing details (such as jurisdictions) we can't provide much help. For $600, you may be better off not pursuing the matter. Court costs alone would take a large sum out of that.

Threads are not deleted unless it violates the forum TOS. You have to take this into consideration before you name a company or individual because it will always be there.
