this website is my competitor. he is following a technique which i m not sure is useful or not.

If you see his website, its only one page. which is having links that takes u to different website that he owns and he is found on first pages of google search. He has used the keyword and made websites of the exact keyword like accounting homework, essay help and all.

Now I want to if i should do the same to get to the first page to get more students . is it helpful ad i dont know if it is helping him but he is on first page

this is call domaining. And at the end it gonna hurt your business. It may help you to rank for least competitive keywords but you cant find such websites on highly targeted and competitive terms.

Pfft, that site is a disaster and appears to have been marked up by a chimpanzee in 1990.

I don't think the site is a success,it's a failure. So do not do the same thing with that guy.Just keep your site as usual, and do not forget to optimize it time after time. From a long view, this is good
for you and you'll do better than him with a better website and service or other things(your advantages).

I would not do the same as he does. He gets a good ranking, but I doubt that he gets a lot of business from it. It is more confusing than anything else.

I suggest that you build a nice website and give it some backlinks with you main keywords. It should be possible to get your site to page 1.

Dont do the same this your competitor did. Do your own way by creating quality back links.
