If you are referring to the link on your signature, I suggest you to be more specific on what the viewers will see. This is for you to get targeted traffic. By the way, I cannot breath with your posts. Hope you don't mind using a comma, or separate sentences.
Maybe you can post some new or unique video to youtube and leave your website link at the end or the beginning of your video.
What's on your video site? Funny videos? Or any form of viral element? Post your video content on non-marketing forums that have lots of visitors, if its viral, you'll get people coming
You could try to start a blog. I recommend blogger, it's a5 minute process then promote your blog on my bloglog - lots of traffic there for your blog which will spill over to your video site. Make posts and add your video link. Squiddoo is another idea.
