Need Urgent Help with Wordpress

I accidentally made a change: I went to settings --> General and set the blog URL to http://yahoo.com/ and now I can not login to admin panel.. Please help!!!!!

very interesting ) Try to access your DB from your cpanel...search the tables and try to found where is stored that field. When you find it, change back the URL .

this is the only solution i can see right now....

wp_options - try this

 

Try going to this link:

http://your-blog-url.com/wp-admin/

Replace your-blog-url.com with your address..

 

This is the very big problem ......... once i hav did this mistake.... but i was having the SQL backup... so i hav reinstalled WP and uploaded the back up... do u have the backup file?.. that may be XML or SQL

 

Very simple fix. Just use phpmyadmin to edit the database.

Simply brows the _options table and edit the value for "site url" or "home" whichever one you changed.

Nothing will work except db editing. go to ur wp options table and then general and put ur orignal blog link there.

I was just doing some experiments with my blog. Some one in this forum asked if it is possible to change the blog URL. So I tried that on my blog. But I dont know how, the blog was working fine, the admin panel was not. So I had no option to revert this back.

Then I edited the database and removed the URL yahoo.com..

I swear, I will never do this with my important blogs.... I did not have the back up even
