Need Urgent Help Immediately.. Please Help me..!!

    I need to Urgently download some files to my server..
    FROM ANOTHER LOCATION..its a direct download file like..

    directly downloadable on LOCAL PC..but how can i directly download it to my server..
    ANY SUGGESTION like any scripts,,or anything that you may suggest can workout for my case..please tell me urgent..

    If you have downloaded it to your PC then you can FTP it to your web server.

    but i dont have shell access..m on shared server..and dont want to download all stuff to my pc..

    Server to server file doesn't work good always, but its the only working option here.
