During working my system goes shutdown at once but it happen when i am playing games like GTA san Andres otherwise nothing happen. So what is problem there is there any hardware problem or something else! i think these are possible things : 1 - Game has problem 2 - Ram's both slots are incompatible 3 - System over heating during game 4 - Some kind of virus in game file 5 - processor fan creating problem when it run fast 6 - Power supply is out of order Waiting for reply thanks to all readers : Take care all of you! I would suggest you to reinstall your OS just to be shure all virus ar blasted. 1 - Game has problem - sometimes like if it may happen in specific place etc. 2 - Ram's both slots are incompatible - dont think so ;] if game is running so your ram is compatible and working fine.. 3 - System over heating during game - game should not effect this at so high level to reboot your pc. 4 - Some kind of virus in game file - dont think so if you arent using warez plugins patch's etc.. 5 - processor fan creating problem when it run fast - Nop 6 - Power supply is out of order - then this should happen even when you are working in PS or doing stuff random ;] Any way i would reinstall OS and get + 1gb ram..
most common causes of a computer shutting off. 1.power supply-not enough watts or it is dieing. 2.cpu-the mother board has a shut off point when the cpu reaches a certain temp. to prevent damage. since it shuts off on just game play,i go with #2.
It appears to be the problem of over heating as the PC shuts off only during the high consumption of resources. Do check if your cooling fan is working properly or is it your SMPS which is faulty! Regards, RightMan
You are saying only at when you play GTA games you are facing this problem, I think this might not be any hardware problem, except chance of graphics card issue. Software problem might be due to some of the drivers module or dll file issue. First check with your graphics card that it is enough for GTA San Andreas and then reinstall your OS. I don't think it as a virus issue, any how you can scan your system using free AVG full version or you can send the GTA san andreas file to virustotal.com where they scan the file you sent and give you report of viruses. but i think it is not possible to upload gb of data. It is better to check your graphic card then scan with AVG then then reinstall the game.
the problem is with your vga/3d card when the game put load on it then ur system restart buy your pc a nice 3d card hope it will fix the problem
Yes its because of either your video card, is nearly DEAD (same thing happend to me) and you may also need a bigger PSU? other wise it could also be your Mother Board
