Did you scan your pc for virus/antispyware?

If not, please do that immediately to be on the safer side..

Definitely sounds like a virus or spyware problem. I'm sure you will get lots of suggestions for different programs you could use to get rid of it but my personal favourites for cleaning up messes like this are Spybot Search & Destroy and Windows Defender (for spyware) and Avast for viruses. Both are free, just make sure you download them from the respective official sites or somewhere reputable like Softonic. And then keep them installed and working in the background at all times to prevent problems in the future!

As michelleBCN says, try Spybot. Then if that doesn't work, the time you'll waste trying to manually identify and fix it will probably be better spent reinstalling Windows.

Thank you friends for helping me and suggest me. I think there are some spywares/viruses are in my system. I have used spybot and other anti virus but I think these softwares are useless. Now I have to format my computer and install a new operating system. Anyways, thanks again.

    :)

I hope you haven't yet done that. Download Dr.WebCureIt http://www.drweb.com/. It a nice free utility. It's easier to scan your PC for viruses first. Only if it doesn't help reinstall Windows. For me it's always a trouble to format hard disk and reinstall Windows, because it involves all other programs reinstalling + writing data to CDs/DVDs. It's time consuming.

And install some good anti-virus software to avoid such a problem in the future.
