Need: Upgrade to Latest Version Wordpress and Install Theme & Plug-ins

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to upgrade my blog to the latest version of Wordpress, and I also need one of the Revolution themes installed. I will buy the "Pro Media" one.

I'd also like the Sociable plugin and the Google Sitemaps plugin installed.
