Need unique Windows dedicated server

Hello. I'm in need of a unique dedicated server setup. I need a decently powerful Windows machine with standard bandwidth. Something maybe around these specs:

- Windows Server 2003 (actually XP may be better if possible)
- Intel dual-core Xeon or Core 2 Duo at least 2.0Ghz
- 3 GB RAM at least
- 160 GB SATA HD at least
- Geforce 8000 series or Radeon x2000 series video with 512 MB RAM at least
- standard bandwidth (like 1500 GB or 2000 GB, whatever)
- 1 IP with RDP ability (remote desktop connection)
- doesn't have to be managed

The catch is, it needs to have a dedicated video card. I know this isn't standard, but that's what I need, whether the server comes with it or we need to figure out something where we buy the card extra and put it in, something that will work. I have a decent budget so please post what you think you can do. I prefer paying monthly via Paypal, though I can pay by other methods as well.
