Need Unique Design for my BANS Site

Hello everyone,

I'm using BANS for my ebay affiliate site. I have a budget for it less than or equal $30. Here's my site http://www.discountcarparts.us. I'd like to have unique car related header, it could be static or animation (flash) one. But i prefer animation header. If you have any question, please welcome.
