I want a classifieds site for investment real estate. Ads would display: small image of property for sale zip code of property number of bedrooms/baths after repair value estimate of repairs asking price I would like to make it easy to post ads. In fact, I would like a program that could be distributed to allow auto posting but a way for me to remotely disable the program if abused. The purpose would be to generate investor leads. Obviously, it should be easy for the potential buyer (investor) to use. Maybe buyer would have to register and go through an internal mail server to communicate with the seller. I would require guarantee of authenticity and exclusive rights. Any thoughts or interest in coding it??

Ability to edit/delete/disable an ad --- List of buyers with the list of ads where they have shown interest by sending message to seller 4) Guest User --- Browse Properties --- Search Properties --- Register as seller or buyer or both Question: can you explain what does it mean by auto-posting? using MLS/Trulia or something like that?
