    I have created design for him, coded, he said ok, I he didn't come online, didn't pay. Waiting for answer from him or I will contact to DP admins about this.

    I told him about an unique whole arcade site design.I senden some example sitesand told I need design like them unique.He create a similar design one of these sites.Anyway I said ok.Then he continued to drawing.
    During this process he made mistakes that any professional designer never do.And he said he finished design .I take a look and he just prepared a main page.He had made amateur mistakes.For example he created an adspace 230*170.There is no ads type like this at any sponsorship.He had made only 1 page just main page.There are not any subpages and he want me to pay money to him.
    And he said me "are you a scammer and trying to steal my design."After this sentence I wont work with this person anymore
    I can tell more but at least I told him dont create anymore I will pay you somepercent of our deal.
    I dont want anything anymore .
