Buying Need UI coded from PSD to CSS3

I have a PSD with a set of UI elements (buttons, forms etc etc) that I need to be converted into CSS/HTML. I don't want it simply sliced to use the images, but I want to use the functions and features of CSS3/HTML 5 as much as possible to recreate the UI using CSS , to facilitate the use of the UI in respoinsive web apps.

If you know your CSS3 / HTML5 and like to pay attention to detail, please reply in thread or contact me via P.M. Samples of earlier work will be preferred.
