Need two simple banners for a client

Hi,

I'm building a website for a client and I'd like two similar banners to be created so I can show them to my client and have her choose the better. I will send you a graphic that should give you an idea on the direction we're going. It's basically a heart with three letters in it + some words on the outside.

It will be 716X112, and I'll also show you the website where the banner will need to fit in with its grey border.

Please give me an estimate on how much this would cost and how quickly you could have this done.
