Need two contact forms created

    Hi Guys,

    I need two contact forms created on a blog.

    One is a very simple
    name
    email
    message
    submit

    The other is slightly more complex with the submit button needing to connect with paypal and the email sent to 2 addresses (1 fixed) the 2nd is dependant on a dropdown menu in the form.

    You might have more success in the programming section. I got a a form done for 20$ latst time I needed one.
