    The Use of Poxy, it is the spamming Technique. Google will penalize your Website. It is the Black HAT, Stop it or Avoid It, other you drop you Ranking in All search Engines

    I recommend using automatic privacy software rotateip.com is the one that I use (no affiliate link) then login to the sites manually and frequently via browser to maintain them.
    Happy to report have many long-term legit accounts there without a single infraction.

    I think that chances are high using this proxy list, I use it for other services, like facebook, dropbox and netflix or hulu and I always find a proxy IP address that works on them, I suppose that with twitter is going to be the same.
