Need Traffic to Commercial Real Estate Lending Site

    I need to generate traffic to my www.unique-capital.com site. I am looking for commercial real estate investors and realtors. Random traffic won't help me out any. I would also like to make sure that whatever I try doesn't ban me or give me problems with google, yahoo, msn.

    let me know what you have, costs, how to target, etc...

    I have one good script for targeting, so I could do this ! I can meke not more than 200 UV / day with these rules, and I want to receive 5$ / 200 UV !
    And one more thing - for traffic serveice, I accept only long term orders ( min. for 1 month ) with 50% pre-pay !
