Hello Friends I am working on a real estate website from the past 6 months. I have done with directory, social bookmarking, classifieds , blog comments, local listing, rss submissions, article submissions, quora etc. But no results. Please suggest me some best way to get traffic on real estate website. Thanks in advance.
Having run a real estate website in the past, I know it's a very competitive niche. What I advise you is to target a lot of long tail keywords (even if the search numbers of these keywords are low) and post a lot of content about these long tail keywords. These will get you limited visitors at first, but will help you ranking for better keywords little by little. 6 months is not too much for a real estate site.
You've done a good job in promoting your website. But there are a few other things to be taken care of. Is your website completely optimized for search engines as well as readers? From what you've mentioned, I guess you have done a lot of off page optimization and not on-page optimization. Concentrate on on-page too...

Believe me, Facebook and especially TWITTER will surely increase your visitors if you manage to find any1 to do Twitter Marketing for you or if you have at least a twitter account with a good number of followers (let's say 10k+!) and to choose a few good hashtags!!! This is for INSTANT results, of course SEO is much better for a long period!
Hi Susana, have you tried retargeting? The idea is that you create personalized ads (for example, each ad group targeting buyers, sellers, vacation home seekers etc) and the ads redirect visitors back to your site. Here's a guide on how to do this: Retargeting for real estate: a Complete Guide to Bring People Back to Your Site. However, this is a quite a short-term approach so it's really important to invest in SEO - it only gets better with time, even if there are few instant results. Plus try to blog consistently, send out email campaigns/newsletters and feed you listings to large property portals. Best of luck!
