you asked for real human traffic (that is real people 100% guaranteed will see your page). That is 20,000 for $10 (see the thread in my signature for details). The 200,000 for $10 is "auto" package (still will show in Google analytics, and improve alexa, but may not generate signups)

I see people use it with their adsense sites all the time. However can I assure you Google won;t get angry if find out you are manipulating CTR by buying traffic to your site? No.
