Need TradeMark help

    Hello,

    I own techbusy.com(blogging site) and i Checked USPTO site there is no trademark associated with "Tech Busy".

    But "Tech Buy" is dead trademark. So is there any TM violation?

    Trademarks do not need to be registered. The proper method of knowing would be to pay for a trademark search.
