Need Town/Community WebSite

This is a brief explanation of what I need:

Develop a web site that can be easily maintained and updated by content management tools which allow permitted non-technical staff to add, edit and delete content including creating pages and designing page content, adding events to calendar, creating recurring events, and establishing automatic sunset dates for events and notices (removal of outdated information).

Use a template, such as Joomla http://www.demo.youjoomla.com/mint/
or another cms solution to make it easy.

This is for a "Town" website. Obviously appearance, ease of use, etc will play a big part.

If you have previous experience in doing any town/community websites PM we and make sure you include an example of work you have done.

 

This is something I have started on for a local city: http://www.chestery.com/. Uses Wordpress.

 

I like it but I don't think it will serve their purpose. Keep in touch i'd like to see the progress on it.

 

I think, if you really want good site just customize the joomla as per your requirement because other custom work will cost you much higher.
