    Well the way you would be most likely doing this is using some sort of prepaid credit card or netspend account.

    That would classify under exposing a financial threat of a bank. Which atleast in Russia, its ilegal.

    But, if you read Allowed or Not in the B/S/T , it will clearly state that vcc are not allowed, considering, thats most likely how you plan on doing this. If not, please share.

    Also this is the wrong section.
