    Is there anyway to buy a domain name with godaddy with money in your paypal account, and your account is verified with your bank account with no credit card?

    yes.as your account is verified then you can buy/sell with you paypal account without any problems.

    No You can't Cause Godaddy requires you to have paypal with credit card added !

    Paypal accept most of the countries for sending money though it has some troubles with receiving so its useful for you to create a paypal even just for a purchasing purpose. Don't care even if you can't receive money. create a paypal and verify it, also don't break the paypal rules use some legal way to verify it,then you won't have to worry about paypal.

    You have to have credit on your paypal when buying with godaddy for first time, after that you can keep buying without CC on paypal.
