need to verify paypal

    ok well i got a virtual credit card and it told me i have to sign up for the expanded use program.
    next i realized that i needed to confirm a bank account, i cant do this because im too young for my own international bank account.
    I have to ask, is there any other way to verify my paypal?

    you do not need bank account just click on get number and give paypal a 4 digits that they post on your credit card statement
