I have a account on HDFC Bank India, now they have a program called Netsafe with which you can generate a credit card number for any amount you wish, I created one to verify my account (around 3 years ago) but unfortunately I had no Idea that I won't get the code as I don't get the payment slip. So now paypal has blocked VISA card on my account. So I need a Mastercard/AMEX card no. to verify . Can someone help me out ? If anyone in India can help me out in getting a genuine Mastercard/VISA card that would also be great. I have Pan No., IT Returns Slip, Few Insurance like LIC and Bajaj Alliance etc. I am currently at TVM, Kerala.
