I used to have a social networking site up with 40,000+ members but it went offline a while ago due to time management reasons. I am re-launching the site and need a trustable service that will successfully send out an email to all 40k members. I looked at a few companies who provide email sending services, however, the ones I have found are catered towards larger volume and so their starting price is out of my range. I need to be able to send an email to the members maybe 2-3 times in a 1 month period tops, informing them of the relaunch of the site. My list is 100% opt-in and I have the IP info's to verify.
