need to start a forum like freehostforum.com

    hi everyone.
    i want to make a forum like freehostforum.com, where users gets points for post, and also they can exchange them, etc.
    is this easy?

    ive only worked before with a bb forum.

    but i dont know exactly where to begin. help aprecciated.
