Need to send different welcome letter.

    We just started a different branded dialup, we used a different account class, how do I set it so that these customers get a different welcome letter from the one we send to the rest of customers upon signup?

    You can't override it per account class, but you can override it per product (if the customer's have different products for example) under the Edit Products section.
