    Hi there, I am just so completely swamped I cannot continue to run my local contractor directory. I currently have 8 paying clients at $200 per year (so $1600 per year) and great Google rankings.

    Can anyone give me advice on how much I should sell it for? I'd really like to get a buyer who can take it to the next level. I'd love to see it grow much bigger!!

    8 to 15 month profit is a typical number. Im not sure how much people are willing to pay for directories now though.
    I would have personally liked it better if there were more customers that each paid a lesser amount.
