    I cant see much value in it unless you develop, so I would say reg fee atm.

    Without development I'd say little more than reg fee. Ill give you double the reg fee- I'd give you 20$ for it...pm me if interested

    Well $250 seems crazy - makes sure it isnt a or scam - if that turns out to be a sham my 20$ offer still stands :)
