Need to remove white background on corner of small image please

Hello, if you look at the following image against a dark background, you will see that the corners of the image have a white background:



Could someone please make the background transparent so that it appears smooth and round against any background? Thanks

First I want to thank you for your time It looks like the round circle around the smiley is not as round anymore. The white background is gone though, but the smiley looks a little rougher.

Hey don't be sorry I will just use the first one then. Thanks for helping me, it is good when people help out others. Just last night while making a pit stop at the gas station, a stranger said he didn't have enough money to get home so I gave him a $10 to help him out.
