Need to redesign my signature website

    I want to redesign my signature website, I am also planning to hire a coder to improve the website. I don't have any plans for the new design, but need something more catchy at first place. waiting for your offers, but i don't have too much to spend on this.

    i still need redesign, but need to hire someone with php and sql skills. not looking for something very stylish so php knowledge is more important.
