Need to purchase custom PHP sendmail script -- needed in 24hours

I need a custom PHP sendmail script. I want it to:

1. Be able to support any number of input fields
2. Allow me to specify email recepient in the PHP file
3. upon request from the HTML form, send a secondary email using default text from a separate file (basically an email thanking the person for filling out the contact form)
4. restrict who can send emails using the form by specifying the URL and IP address (referrers)
5. Allow for multiple redirect landing pages after the form is submitted
6. validate for proper syntax things such as email address and phone number
7. Ability to require certain inputs to be filled out and also display a user friendly error message via javascript box, form highlight, or similar. Example for the field "email" might tell the user "Your email address is required" or for field "OrderNumber" it might tell the user "An Order Number is required."
8. All standard security features built into script to prevent abuse
