Hi guys. I have an existing static site that sells online support software to websites that want to communicate with people who visit their sites. Anyways, I want to move all the data on the current site to a template from templatemonster.com. Who can help me and how much will you charge. Let me know your qualifications and time frame (I would like it done sooner rather than later). Also, is there a downside to going with a flash template? Does it load much slower? Is it better to go with a static site? What are the benefits of a flash site (aside from good looks)? Thanks, Buddha
If it helps you any, the flash boom has long passed. A lot of users don't have the flash plug in installed or enabled, why limit those users for something that makes your website look pretty? I would stay with images/css/html and a little dash of php.
Thanks. I will stick with the CSS static site. I was leaning that way for the same reason you mentioned. Pretty is nice but not if reduces traffic or a customers ability to see data. Thanks, Buddha
