Buying Need to manipulate a CSV file to extract specific data

    Hello,
    I need to extract specific sets of data from a very large CSV file that I have. It will need some kind of creativity/programming ability since the CSV is so large that I cannot even open it in Excel for example. I believe this can be done in Python somehow.

    Need immediately, will pay $30
