I have had lots of sales on my website, but when it comes to my wholesale customers, when they order their sample orders I send them an invoice to their email using paypal for the amount needed to be charged. The problem is every time I send the paypal email invoice they always claim it is to difficult for them to figure out how to pay even with their credit cards so they usually back out and cancell the order. It has happened to many times to me now, so does anyone have a much simpler solution to this to make it alot easier for them to pay? Please share!
