Hi I need to make a simple guest registration software which will run locally on my reception of hotel. The software basically has to be a Guest Registration and management software which will capture all the information of the guest and give me abality of data crunching for the same. we basically have a guest registration form, which every hotel guest has to fill at the time of the Check in. So the software basically should have that form to capture the date. One most important thing here is that along with filling up the form, I need to take a picture of guest from my webcam and that picture should be taken through the software itself and should be retrieved in the same form. Also the software should have various search facilities to retrieve the data thus entered to be recalled by name, company name etcs. also the software should be able to make an end of the day report of all the guests checked in on the same day and export it to a excel file. Also all reports should be printable these are the basic requirements I need for this. As this is a pretty simple software I need it to be completed very fast.
