Ok i'll face it.. either i need to storm google finding any script i need or simply learn programming for asp/php. Now of the two ( asp/php ) which is the easier one and which one do you recommend? and which is the best place to start learning? I'am more comfortable with ASP, because IIS is ready to use and simple!

...But on the other hand, Apache isn't too hard either, it's free, runs on free operating systems aswell as on windows.

They're both equal in terms of what you a simple user might need. however, i recommend you learning PHP - it's the most popular language for server side scripting, so that means that you'll get help when you need it quicker.

PHP is really easy -- basically thousands of free tutorials online. If you cant figure it out, there are tons of other php developers as well. It's a great community. I hated doing coldfusion because the community sucked, but php rocks!

I definitely recommend php over asp. From my experience php is much easy to learn and use.
