    Tell me please, if the company doesn't provide any billing software on their reselling, will it influence somehow on the quality of the providing services?
    I mean sharkspace.com doesn't providing any billing software and it's up to the clients to decide which one they will use.

    Alot of hosts do not provide billing soft ware for their resellers

    It would indicate that hosts providing billing software are very professional and thorough, IMO.
