I have a website on USA based webhost and the website targed worldwide customers Now, I want to promote website with the same services in Google.co.uk Can I promote the same website or better to start a new one with the IP UK based host Thanks in advance
best way i found is the Directory sites; which will give you maximum sales; as i am going to make SEo company so i am going to use this bc it's advertising is not too much expensive. as i am doing directory submission work. so i found lot of hostgator ads and other they are not to expensive. In the long run your best option is to get a .co.uk domain and local hosting. This way you will have the best foundation for a local site
You can Opt for both... BAcklink your .com site in UK directories and more.. or even buy a .co.uk domain so that people may get afeel that the site is local..!
I suggest its should be in UK base to target properly your market and got better position in your target market to.
I dun think splitting the traffic into two domains is a good idea. Simply backlinks to UK local popular sites should do the trick.
Agreed. Although if you get yourself .co.uk domain, you dont need to have UK Based IP (It wouldn't hurt though). You can also use Google Webmaster Tools and select your preferred country.
This is the point. When Google Webmasters Tools didn't exist we have to do things like buying the domain of the preferred country, get an IP adress from that country. But why we are making it so complicated right now? Google is asking us which country we prefer!
u dont need to get new domain just goahead and get backlinks from uk based forums, blogs, classifiedads, directories etc, it will take some time but u will get maximum results
